The Handbook for Mitigation by Victoria Rusk, introduces the concept of mitigation, a process to discover and present factors in a criminal defendant’s life that can influence sentencing and avoid harsh punishment.
The Handbook for Mitigation webpage and shopping cart is embedded within the Heartofjustice.org website, targeting a customer base of trial defense attorneys and future mitigators. In addition libraries and bookstores can validate and purchase the Handbook from the site.
Project Challenge
- Began as one product (physical book), with the goal of expanding into multiple products at different price points.
- Website required configuring a robust cart with easy to use features for both the customer and the client.
While Heart of Justice manages the costs of physical manufacturing, distribution, and competitive product pricing, it became apparent that Sidian could aid in developing an new platform to drive their online sales and marketing efforts
